Project Scope:
To develop a shared plan for moving the region forward in addressing harmful greenhouse gas emissions. This shared effort will consist of a Regional Greenhouse Gas Inventory, a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP).
