Email Communications

From time to time, the Authority may contact You via email for the purpose of finding announcements, notifications, procurements, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when You open an email from the Authority or click a link therin.

If You would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the Authority, You may opt out of such communications by clicking “Unsubscribe” within the email.

Your California Privacy Rights (California’s Shine the Light Law)

Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (California’s Shine the Light law), California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Children Under Thirteen

The Authority does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If You are under the age of thirteen, You must ask Your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

California Business and Professions Code section 22581 allows California residents under the age of 18 who are registered users of online sites, services or applications to request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted.
